1. Studio Owner Listing Parameters

Our database operates solely on quality-vetted botanical studio workspaces. To gain approval, submitting administrators must fulfill the following benchmarks:

Physical Verification: Must maintain a real urban facility dedicated to plant retail, design consultations, or interactive workshops.
Horticultural Credibility: Facilitating personnel must possess validated experience, certifications, or degrees in landscape engineering or agricultural sciences.
Sourcing Honesty: Transparent soil components (no illegally-foraged peat mosses) and certified chemical-free, biological pest management practices.

2. Visitor Review Moderation

To assure a reliable directory pool, user reviews undergo systemic scrutiny. We completely eliminate feedback containing commercial advertising, fake transaction claims, or personal harassment. All reviews must stem from actual visits or documented spatial bookings.

3. Resolution & Appeal Routes

If your studio profile registration request was declined, or you believe a visitor review is fraudulent, you are encouraged to file a formal appeal to [email protected]. Cases are reviewed within five business days.
