3. User Accounts & Platform Interaction
To list a greenhouse or maintain dynamic workshop schedules, operators must establish account profiles. You guarantee that all supplied registration inputs are accurate and constantly kept up-to-date. Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their profile credentials and for any active processes originating from their account. Finditstudis reserves the right to suspend or disable accounts that exhibit suspicious, automated, or malicious behavior.
4. User-Generated Content & Grant of License
When you publish feedback, forum replies, images, or studio descriptions on our directory, you grant Finditstudis a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, display, modify, translate, and distribute this content in any digital format or marketing campaign.
You declare that you own all intellectual property rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademark laws. We retain absolute editorial control to edit, reject, or purge content that violates our community standards.
5. Booking Facilitation & Complete Disclaimer of Liability
Finditstudis facilitates connections by presenting scheduling data. However, the legal contract of booking is signed solely between the respective user and the local studio operator.
Our company does not act as an agent, broker, or joint partner. We maintain a complete disclaimer of liability regarding:
- The safety, cleanliness, or structural standards of the physical studios.
- The horticultural qualifications or instructional quality of local botanists.
- Financial losses, injuries, or personal property damages incurred during a workshop.
- The biological survival rate, toxicity, or subsequent care of plants purchased through directory listings.
6. Prohibited Directory Uses
Users agree not to deploy automated tools, spiders, screen scrapers, or index-extractors against our databases. You are strictly forbidden from attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities, inject malicious code, transmit spam, or build mock profiles to manipulate search relevance.
